Altana is looking to add an eager, talented and creative demand-gen and B2B Content Marketing Manager to our world-class marketing team! The ideal candidate will have a marketing background with a passion for innovation and technology. You will write accurately and fluently, establishing a strong brand voice with a passion for storytelling across all channels, and be comfortable with working on anything from high profile executive ghost-writing to marketing collateral and industry perspectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to scale and amplify the Altana brand expression, in written form, across multiple channels
- Write accurate and fluent copy with flair and energy
- Partner with Marketing to tell the story of Altana in simple, easy-to-understand ways, including customer case studies, whitepapers, sales enablement material, perspectives on the global supply chain and more
- Identify content marketing strategies required to meet overall campaign objectives.
- Drive the creative process and embrace fresh approaches to content programs.
- Own the process from concept to finished product - ensure efficient and effective collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders up to and including the executive team
- Establish content standards, driving innovation
- Leverage analytics and data insights to determine content effectiveness to drive ongoing optimization.
- Develop comprehensive and holistic, cross-channel content marketing campaigns.
- Confidently prioritize, manage and multitask between different projects and deadlines
- Present finalized work to peers, supervisors and executives
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of content experience, ideally with exposure to SaaS companies and/or working in-house
- Diploma or degree in writing, marketing or related field is considered an asset but not a necessity
- Have a strong background with brands that have B2B audiences
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience following and building on existing brand content and guidelines
- Strong desire to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
- Ability to brainstorm and see an idea through from concept to launch
- Positive attitude with a curious open mind that values collaboration and feedback
- Experience with/interest in supply chain dynamics would be a plus
This role is be based out of our Brooklyn office, with hybrid work flexibility.
