We are hiring a Content Marketing Specialist - Latam to our Marketing team in Mexico!

The Gympass Content Marketing team is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to create, execute, and optimize an omnichannel content strategy that supports our marketing efforts in Spanish-speaking Latin America, specifically in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. We need someone who is not afraid to dive deep into our content strategy, leading the ideation of content topics based on keyword research, competitive analysis, regional consumer behaviors, and SEO best practices. We have high expectations for our organic search channel, and we need someone willing to evolve our content strategy to help us achieve our aggressive regional goals. But it doesn’t end with SEO. We need someone willing to expand our content into other channels and formats, including but not limited to video, audio, thought leadership, unique research, and co-branded content, to name a few.  This position reports to the VP of Content Marketing but will work closely with the regional marketing team in Latin America.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of our SEO strategy in Spanish-speaking Latam, with the intent of increasing organic search traffic to our website and delivering qualified leads.
  • Leverage keyword research (both short-tail and long-tail), competitive analyses, and persona insights to support our content pillar and spokes strategy, and identify opportunities for internal linking.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our content to maximize SERP rankings and increase conversions.
  • Monitor the performance of our SEO strategies, including traffic, conversions, page engagement metrics, and SERP rankings, and report to stakeholders.
  • Manage all content publishing for your region using our Content Management System.
  • Manage our regional agencies to produce blog content, lead magnets, and other forms of digital content.
  • Expand our search strategies into adjacent channels, such as YouTube and other emerging and established social platforms.
  • Support our global content marketing efforts by promoting our annual thought leadership reports and other assets via our regional channels.

Job Requirements

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a content marketer, with a proven track record of creating engaging, impactful content.
  • You are an SEO expert who is fascinated with the rapidly evolving nature of Google’s SERP and the impact of Search Generative Experience on traffic.
  • You love using AI tools to create efficiencies in your content development process.
  • You are a full-funnel content strategist, who understands how to convert traffic into leads and MQLs.
  • You have a strong interest in creating other forms of content, particularly video and audio.
  • You are highly analytical, with expertise in Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Console, and Hubspot,  and utilize data to drive all decisions.
  • You are a strong communicator both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize the complex nuances of content marketing for our stakeholders.
  • You are a true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals, all while living and breathing our Gympass mission.
  • Advanced English skills.
