We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. for our Marketing team in New York City.

Our User Marketing Team is a dynamic Revenue Marketing focused on driving growth (sky-rocketing enrollment rate) through exceptional lifecycle experiences. With a customer-centric focus, we optimize every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers. Regionally, we take charge of Marketing-sourced Revenue by analyzing data, bringing local relevance and cultural insights to campaigns, and fostering collaborative partnerships with local teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design + Deliver End-user Marketing Initiatives: Manages the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing (and company) best practices. Be hands-on using existing templates to develop marketing creatives with drag-and-drop tools like Canva, Figma, and Structured Web.
  • Document End-user Journey: Responsible for documenting the entire end-user journey, mapping communications (Marketing and PD/transactional), helping to define what needs to be the Global journey, and what can be additional in the regions;
  • Creative Asset Development: Is the main point of contact for Branding and creative (and/or agencies) for the development of campaign templates to help scale regional initiatives; and create the campaigns template;
  • Execute and Lead Global Initiatives: Point of contact for global initiatives with PMM (GTM process), PD, Trainiac, and VM (initiatives related to CRM and campaign development);
  • Global and Regional Experimentation: Skill in designing and proposing global tests/campaigns for regional adoption, balancing a global perspective with an understanding of regional nuances;
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Analyze and identify global opportunities through macro trends using product & marketing data;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in partnership with Global CRM Planning and Ops to educate the team and document new campaign templates; has relevant communication skills to build documentation comprehensively, for stakeholders outside the marketing structure;
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Find innovative ways to address challenges and blockers. Apply strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally. Lead global end-user research, point of contact for the UX Research team;
