We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Content Manager who strongly focuses on driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with various channel tactics, a deep understanding of organic growth strategies, and expertise in product-led growth (PLG) for SaaS products. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation efforts for small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the B2C services market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize various marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on organic growth. Leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance channel performance.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze demand generation campaigns. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Use insights to inform demand generation strategies and product development.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Use analytics to drive continuous improvement in demand-generation efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation focusing on growth. Proven track record of success in SaaS, particularly with PLG models.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in organic growth channels, including content marketing, SEO, and social media.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience marketing to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in the B2C services market.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinker passionate about finding new and effective ways to drive demand.
