Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's content and communication strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion.
- Manage a dynamic content team and external agency and freelance resources to produce high-quality and impactful content across various platforms.
- Drive content production and management, long-form blogs, whitepapers, guides, reports, videos, and a podcast.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our content and communication efforts.
- Create a content strategy framework to build an "owned audience" community featuring serialized content and CLEs
- Manage public relations and external communications to promote the Steno brand
- Measure and analyze the performance of content campaigns and communication efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- You have 7+ years of content creation experience within the legal industry
- You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating across departments.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- You have demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives.
