Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's content and communication strategy to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage a dynamic content team and external agency and freelance resources to produce high-quality and impactful content across various platforms.
  • Drive content production and management, long-form blogs, whitepapers, guides, reports, videos, and a podcast.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our content and communication efforts.
  • Create a content strategy framework to build an "owned audience" community featuring serialized content and CLEs
  • Manage public relations and external communications to promote the Steno brand
  • Measure and analyze the performance of content campaigns and communication efforts, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of content creation experience within the legal industry
  • You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and collaborating across departments.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • You have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • You have demonstrated success in building brand awareness and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives.
