As the copywriter/content lead at Swap, you will own the whole brand tone of voice and storytelling across all channels, including, but not limited to, web, social, audio, OOH, or influencer. You’ll work directly with the CMO and design lead to craft all content across social channels centered around the annual fashion cycles and ecommerce calendar. We’re not your typical SaaS company – we strive to be your favorite brand’s favorite brand, that communicates like a DTC brand. There will also be collaboration required with broader overarching Swap Marketing storytelling. You’ll report directly to the CMO.
