In this role, you will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy which powers the passion economy and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities independently. This is a full-time role preferably located in the Bay Area or Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understand current problems and how it impacts creator perception, define success metrics.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to enhance TikTok Global PGC creator perception.

3. Analyze PGC creator behavior and data to optimize perception related strategies(building showcases/Creator events/campaigns) based on analysis and market research.

4. Coordinate with internal teams for new product-feature launches and global initiatives.5. Gather and provide insights on strategies to motivate PGC creators to stay active and continually improve their 1min+ content quality.

Job Requirements

1. BA/BS degree or higher, with 5+ years in Marketing/Operations. Must possess project management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

2. Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and build trusted relationships.

4. Familiarity with YouTube and other video platforms, with an understanding of platform ecosystems and mechanisms.
