The primary purpose of the Content Marketing Manager is to develop and implement a content strategy that tells a compelling narrative about the Vivi solution at every point of the buyer’s journey using owned, earned and paid media. The resulting content, including, but not limited to, social media posts, articles, infographics, eBooks, customer stories, video, landing pages, and product collateral, should lead to a larger digital footprint and increased brand awareness for Vivi that ultimately drives growth for our business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design a content marketing strategy aligned to all stages of the customer lifecycle and undertake content marketing initiatives to drive awareness, interest, evaluation, and purchase of the Vivi solution, as measured by traffic, leads, subscribers, conversions, and pipeline.  
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks as needed.
  • Write, edit, proofread, and optimize content, including, but not limited to, eBooks, reports, guides, infographics, articles/blogs, website and landing pages, product collateral, etc.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and monitor and report web traffic metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Share content through internal and external channels to amplify reach.
  • Craft compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging to education and excite potential and current customers about the value of the Vivi solution.
  • Collaborate with Global Demand Gen, Customer Lifecycle and Events Marketing colleagues on content strategies to drive quality leads and engagement throughout the buying cycle.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B tech industry content or product marketing experience, at least 2 of which are in K-12 education. SaaS and/or hardware experience is ideal.  
  • Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements.
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to evaluate and apply audience preferences.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics (Google Analytics).
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Experience in product marketing a plus.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Experience in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4).
